Best Practices
- All broadcasts are tested for functionality and against 13 spam filters prior to broadcast
- We require all materials 48 hours prior to scheduled broadcast
- We only broadcast on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, the days of the week with the highest open rates
- We recommend against broadcasting Monday, Friday and anytime late in the final week of the month due to high traffic volume during these periods
Integrity
The data aggregator for your project is required to complete our Certificate of Accuracy, attesting that the provided data meets your targeting specifications and that the reported opens and clicks are true.
In addition, dvMail has contracted with an independent third party to simultaneously track and record clicks to confirm the accuracy of the data aggregator click report.
Expectations
- Our open rates are typically in the 8-10% range depending on brand name, category and a host of other factors, however it is our experience that brand names generally enjoy open rates in the 12-18% range
